How long will it take to receive my order?

At Cap & Jack, we strive to minimize our paw print on the environment. In this spirit, most items on our website are printed in low quantities or on-demand enabling us to prevent waste from overproduction. Please allow approximately two weeks for us to fulfill your order and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. *Please note, items may ship separately.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes. We will email a tracking number for each package that’s shipped to you. Please allow 3-4 days for tracking information to update. If you have an account with us, you may also track your order through your account.

Am I able to change my order once it’s been placed?

No. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes in our system after an order has been placed.

May I use more than one coupon code?

No. You may only use one coupon at a time.

I forgot to use my coupon code when I placed my order. Will you apply it now?

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We believe you deserve quality products that serve a pawpose. If you’re not 100% in love with your purchase, we’re here to make things right! We gladly accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition. Please view our full return policy to learn more.

Do you accept cancellations?

No. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes in our system after an order has been placed.

May I exchange my item?

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. However, you may return any new, unused item(s) for a refund and place an order for the new item(s) that you would like instead. Please view our full return policy to learn more.
